Do you have your own label?

At one time Brooks was involved in a growing deal  in Arkansas and had to sell whatever those growers grew and sometimes it  was not always the best.  That is the reason we like being here in Nogales  where there is a huge supply of product.  It allows us to shop the  market daily and make sure we get the best quality available.   We can be very picky for our customers.

What label do you use?

The quality of each label is subject to change with each day, but our  standards and consistency are not.  We use many different labels,  depending on quality and shelf life of fruit.

Do you arrange transportation?

Normally, our customer arranges the transportation and delivery on their  end. However in cases where our customer needs assistance, we are able  to help.

Are your goods food safety certified?

Accepted Answer

We only buy from the most reputable sources. All of the commodity labels we buy are FDA and Primus certified.  Yes, we have a full-time Food Safety Manager to ensure that.  In  addition, we only buy from the most reputable sources. Every one of the  labels we buy are FDA and Primus certified.

Do you do contracts?

We do not think it is good to lock into a single grower, as the product  level varies over time.  We prefer to keep ourselves in a position to  help our customers get the best product  available at the time you are ready to buy.
